DFW Handyman Solutions LLC

Welcome to DFW Handyman Solutions LLC. By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing us to perform work, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Estimates

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional work or unforeseen conditions are discovered.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Cash

  • Checks

  • Approved electronic payment methods

Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees permitted under Texas law.

Change Orders

Any additional work requested after the estimate has been approved may require a revised estimate and additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the work area.

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are available if needed.

  • Remove personal belongings from the work are whenever possible.

DFW Handyman Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible work areas or unsafe conditions.

Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, materials will be supplied by DFW Handyman Solutions LLC.

If customers provide their own materials:

  • We are not responsible for defective or incorrect materials.

  • Additional labor charges may apply if replacement materials are needed.

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship.

Labor performed by DFW Handyman Solutions LLC is warranted for one (1) year from the date of service against defects in workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Customer misuse

  • Water damage

  • Storm damage

  • Structural movement

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Work performed by others after our service

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, material availability, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations whenever possible.

Property Damage

While every effort is made to protect your property, customers acknowledge that some repair work may expose hidden issues or require additional repairs.

Any accidental damage caused by our negligence will re repaired or compensated at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

DFW Handyman Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services performed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
